Firewall - A Puzzle Game

Can you stop the viruses from invading your computer? Match rows or columns of five viruses to clear them from the board, but you'll have to be quick! Use combos and chains to rack up big points and keep the timer from running out.

Controls:

Keyboard (Recommended): Use the arrow keys to move the cursor, and hold spacebar to lock the cursor in place. When locked, the arrow keys slide by row with left and right, or by column with up and down.

Mouse: Click and drag to slide each row or column.

History:

This was a project I started in high school and completed around 2019. The fully complete version was on iOS and Google Play at one time. It contained five modes, music, and sound, plus multiplayer with multitouch. That full version may resurface again someday! This release is a smaller slice of that project. It’s shared here as a snapshot — and as a reminder that making a game and marketing a game are very different challenges.
