Galactic Rush

A marooned space Colonel must use an old scavenged space fighter jet to make it home while embarking through dangerous space. Use your quick reflexes to blow up enemy ships, collect numerous powerups, and beat the bosses of all 3 levels in this action shoot-em-up.

This is an old shoot-em-up I created back in the end of middle school or early high school, 7 or 8 years ago for a school contest. I was heavily inspired by R-Type and Blazing Star at the time and enjoyed creating lots of powerups to give you the feeling of an expanding ship that becomes more and more powerful, almost to the point of unstoppable.
